Performance Takeaways from a CEO’s LinkedIn Content
Six months ago, I was hired by a CEO to build his LinkedIn presence, strengthen community partnerships, and showcase his team's impactful work in a non-showy or cringey way (his words, not mine 🤪)
These are the top performance takeaways >>
1. When sharing a link, sharing the link in the comments vs. in the post resulted in a 50%+ increase in performance.
2. Sharing personal stories is the secret ingredient.
3. Overall profile performance increased significantly after consistently contributing to a ‘shared article.’
4. Carousels are still “in” on LinkedIn.
5. Impressions, engagements, and follower growth spiked the highest on the days content was shared.
6. Posts performed the best when starting with a hook and tagging partners relevant to the topic being shared.
